The villa showcases a refined blend of Mediterranean and contemporary architecture, characterized by clean white plastered surfaces, elegant arches, and balanced proportions. The arched openings and decorative cut-out windows add a classical charm, while the large glazed openings and slim railings introduce a modern, airy feel. Exposed wooden beams, pergolas, and natural wood accents bring warmth and enhance the connection between indoor and outdoor spaces.
The stepped massing, generous terraces, and rooftop garden create visual depth and promote natural ventilation. Surrounded by landscaped greenery, the design emphasizes openness, light, and a seamless relationship with nature, resulting in a timeless yet contemporary residential expression.

A neutral palette of soft whites and earthy tones is complemented by natural materials such as wood, stone, and textured finishes, lending warmth and understated luxury. Exposed wooden beams and subtle ceiling details echo the exterior language, reinforcing a cohesive design narrative. Double-height spaces and wide corridors add a sense of grandeur, while thoughtfully placed indoor plants and terrace connections blur the boundary between inside and outside. Overall, the interiors balance comfort and sophistication, offering a calm, refined environment suited for both everyday living and elegant entertaining.
