The façade is dominated by layered horizontal balconies, each defined with transparent glass balustrades that enhance openness while allowing uninterrupted views. These continuous balcony bands not only provide generous outdoor living spaces for residents but also emphasize the building’s horizontal rhythm, lending it a calm and structured appearance.
A key architectural feature is the distinctive vertical glazed element along one side of the building, accentuated by a diagonal lattice pattern.

The material palette is restrained and elegant, combining light-toned concrete or stone finishes with high-performance glass. The neutral colors enhance the building’s timeless appeal while reflecting daylight, contributing to thermal comfort and energy efficiency. Vertical fins and recessed glazing add depth and shadow, enriching the façade articulation.

At the podium level, the building transitions gracefully into the landscape through double-height glazing and transparent frontage, creating an inviting interface between the residential interior and the surrounding site. The landscaped setbacks, soft planting, and pedestrian-friendly approach enhance the building’s relationship with its environment.

Overall, the design reflects a modern residential lifestyle, prioritizing natural light, views, and indoor-outdoor connectivity. The architecture balances elegance with practicality, offering a refined urban living experience while standing as a contemporary landmark within its context.
