Materiality plays a key role in the design, combining warm-toned metal or stone-finished framing elements with expansive glazed surfaces. This contrast balances solidity and transparency, reinforcing both structural expression and contemporary elegance. Darker vertical accents introduce visual variation and break the monotony of the façade without disrupting its overall cohesion.
The façade is articulated through a repetitive vertical and horizontal framework, creating a rhythmic grid that brings order and visual consistency to the elevation. Deep-set glazing within this grid enhances depth and shadow play, giving the building a dynamic appearance throughout the day while improving solar control.
