This contemporary commercial office building is designed to redefine the modern workplace by seamlessly blending productivity, comfort, and nature. The architecture emphasizes clean lines, efficient planning, and sustainable design, creating a vibrant environment that supports both business performance and employee well-being.
A key highlight of the project is the integration of pocket terraces at multiple levels.
These compact, landscaped outdoor spaces act as green extensions of the work floors—offering employees places to pause, collaborate informally, or simply recharge. Strategically located along the building façade and at key nodes, the terraces bring in natural light, fresh air, and visual relief, enhancing the overall work experience.Sustainability is embedded throughout the design. The building incorporates energy-efficient systems, water-saving fixtures, and green landscaping that reduces heat gain and promotes a healthier microclimate.
The interior planning prioritizes flexibility, with large, open-span floor plates that allow for a variety of office layouts—from open workstations to private cabins and collaborative zones.
