-
Pitched sloped roofs with dormers strongly reference Colonial and European institutional architecture, commonly seen in heritage schools, hospitals, and civic buildings.
-
Symmetrical building composition and repetitive window rhythm give it a formal, ordered character typical of Neo-Classical and Colonial Revival styles.
-
Light-colored plastered façades with simple moldings and framed windows maintain a dignified, timeless appearance without excessive ornamentation.
-
Modern elements such as glass canopies, clean railings, and structured landscape integration soften the classical language and bring it into a contemporary context.
-
The campus planning, with clear entry sequence, landscaped courtyards, drop-off zones, and parking, aligns well with institutional architecture rather than purely residential or commercial design.
